Once connected, Peter Rigo or a team member will schedule a complimentary online consultation to get to know you and your fiancé better and learn about your wedding plans. This initial meeting helps us to establish connection to learn each other’s preferences and answer any questions you may have.
To book, you will let Peter Rigo or a team member know you are ready to move forward. A hold will be held on your reserved date for 48hrs as you make your decision. Following this window, we cannot guarantee Peter’s availability.
At this point, we have agreed upon which wedding collection you would like to book. Peter will send you a detailed contract confirming the agreement. Once the couple and photographer sign the agreement, a 50% deposit out of the overall amount is required to reserve the date. Once the deposit is confirmed, your wedding date is 100% booked! Feel free to scratch this step off of your mile-long wedding to-do list and take a nap!
In the months between booking and your wedding day, Peter Rigo will send you a detailed questionnaire regarding your wedding day so he can get more of a specific feel for what your wedding will entail. Once this information is shared, a second free online consultation will be set to finalize your wedding timeline. This will help you create and visualize your wedding day, based on its different phases.
Engagement sessionWe will select a location that best suits your vison and agree upon a time at which we will document your love before the wedding. This session is more like a romantic date, captured in beautiful photos. It is also a great opportunity for us to get to know each other, and experience a fun time together learning to pose and relax around the camera.
Finally, it’s here!!! You will have an amazing time enjoying your wedding day, while we document your wedding story to perfection. During the day we will make sure everything is going according to plan and help you along the way.
In the next 10 weeks, Peter will meticulously edit and perfect your photos, one by one. Once they are ready, the photos will be sent to you via personalized online gallery, with print-ordering capabilities.
In case you decided to elevate your wedding images to another lever, I personally highly recommend to get an handmade album that will help you re-live the best day of your lives forever in a elegant way. We offer albums from high end album designers: Antal Photo Books and Kiss albums. Both print-houses create wonderful books that will satisfy any customer.
Album design starts after image delivery. You choose your own images via our online gallery rating system. Once we have the images, it takes approximately 5 days to design your album, and another 5 – 7 weeks to print and deliver it to your doorsteps.
